About Bissust Consulting

Bissust Consulting is driven by contributing to change in technically and environmentally focused companies. With over 30 years of experience in sales, leadership and change work, I know what it takes to succeed and what the obstacles are. As a technology and automotive industry executive, I run short and longer assignments within technology, industry, automotive and board assignments.

About me

I have worked across almost the entire world in organizations such as Sörling, Volvo Trucks, Ymer Technology, Telia Systems, SKF and Volvo Truck Finance and have lived in Belgium, Germany, England, Italy and Sweden. 

I speak several languages ​​and have a great understanding of different cultures impact on organization and management. Basically, I have a M. Sc. in Engineering with a business orientation, company course at INSEAD, with the total responsibility approach. I am comfortable to do ”all what it takes” to improve the business. I have also been leading automotive companies in sheet metal business as well as in electronics and IT, developing the companies to quality standard as ISO/TS16949 and ISO 9001.

Company

I have led complete business in Automotive and in Industrial Ethernet. I have long experience from automotive, both cars, heavy trucks as well as construction machinery. In Industrial Ethernet I worked with infrastructure projects in rail, water&waste, energy distribution and automation. I have been working with European, North and South American and Asian business cultures. The last years I have been involved in a lot of structural changes, launches of new concept and brand names in Europe.

Management

I believe in organisations with a high quality, with companies with product or service portfolio. I have developed several companies to high quality brand names, in Sweden, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. I made several turnarounds latest years.

Board

I have been in the board of several companies and contributed with strategic business development, marketing plans and investment decisions.
